Marking the queen bee is very important, especially in Irish Beekeeping environment; where the beekeeper needs to use his nous to tackle the Irish bees! Irish Beekeepers Association needs to learn from others mistakes no doubt

Very tight gloves required at all time the bigger the gauntlets the rougher the handling of the bees no gloves encourage glently handling of the bee but tight disposable gloves for each inspection prevent disease transfer from colony to colony

Great to see the website up and running, well done to Jacqui and the team for all your hard work. I would just like to add, it would be worth investing in a queen marking cage.
